Day Of coordination

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Initial Consultation. The process begins with a detailed consultation where the wedding coordinator gets to know the couple, their vision for the wedding day, and their specific needs.

Vendor Coordination. Liaising with and coordinating all contracted vendors (e.g., florist, caterer, photographer, DJ) to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding timelines, setup, and logistics.

Timeline Creation. Developing a comprehensive timeline of events for the wedding day, including arrival times, ceremony start, reception schedule, and key moments (e.g., cake cutting, first dance).

Venue Walkthrough. Conducting a walkthrough of the ceremony and reception venues to finalize setup details, layout, and any specific requirements.

Final Details Meeting. Meeting with the couple closer to the wedding date to go over all final details, confirm vendor contracts, and address any outstanding questions or concerns.

Rehearsal Coordination. Directing the wedding rehearsal to ensure that the wedding party understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony.

Wedding Day Coordination. Being present on the wedding day to oversee setup, manage vendor arrivals, coordinate the ceremony processional, cue important events, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Assistance for Guests. Providing assistance to guests during the wedding day, such as directing them to seating, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort.

Emergency Kit. Bringing an emergency kit stocked with essentials (e.g., sewing kit, stain remover, band-aids) to handle any last-minute mishaps.

Post-Wedding Wrap-Up. Ensuring that all personal items and gifts are safely collected and overseeing vendor breakdown and cleanup.

Limited Hours of Service. Typically, wedding coordination packages offer a set number of hours of service on the wedding day itself, often covering the crucial moments from setup to the end of formalities.

Elopement or love story

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Initial Consultation. The process begins with a detailed consultation to understand the couple's vision for their elopement, preferred location, budget, and any specific requirements.

Location Scouting and Permit Assistance. Researching and recommending stunning elopement locations based on the couple's preferences and obtaining necessary permits or permissions for the chosen site.

Vendor Recommendations and Coordination. Providing recommendations for essential vendors such as officiants, photographers, and florists who specialize in intimate weddings and coordinating their services.

Customized Itinerary Creation. Developing a personalized elopement itinerary that includes ceremony details, photo shoot locations, and any additional activities or dining reservations.

Assistance with Legal Requirements. Guiding the couple through the necessary legal requirements for obtaining a marriage license in their chosen location and ensuring all paperwork is in order.

Decor and Styling Assistance. Offering guidance on elopement decor and styling, including bouquet and boutonniere arrangements, simple ceremony setup, and any special touches to enhance the ambiance.

Photography and Videography Coordination. Coordinating with a professional photographer and/or videographer to capture the special moments of the elopement day.

Travel and Accommodation Recommendations. Providing recommendations for travel logistics, accommodation options, and transportation arrangements if needed.

Day-of Coordination. Being present on the elopement day to oversee setup, manage timing of events, and ensure a stress-free experience for the couple.

Elopement Officiant. Arranging for an officiant to conduct a personalized and meaningful ceremony tailored to the couple's preferences and beliefs.

Personalized Assistance and Support. Providing ongoing support and communication throughout the planning process to address any questions or concerns that arise.
